Hordijk EPS has developed a wide range of products for insulation and construction. These products have an optimised design that makes them quick and easy to apply.

Moulded insulation panels

The insulating properties of EPS work well against both heat and cold. EPS is ideal for fulfilling increasingly stringent insulation requirements. Good insulation reduces energy costs and CO2 emissions. Our insulation anchor panel is a large insulation panel with a hook joint around the perimeter and a waffle profile at the top. This insulation board offers good thermal insulation and, thanks to the waffle profile at the top, excellent adhesion to poured concrete. Applicable in residential and commercial construction. Available in a range of thicknesses and densities.

Cavity wall

Loose EPS pellets are available specifically for home insulation. Specialist companies inject these pellets into the wall cavity or under the floor for insulation.

Underfloor heating

Underfloor heating systems are also made from EPS. A thermoformed plastic sheet is pressed onto the EPS insulation panel. The underfloor heating tubing can easily be laid between the studs. The EPS layer provides strong insulation. And by using Trittichal technology, it also provides additional acoustic absorption.

Foundation formwork

Our EPS foundation formwork is used in residential and commercial construction to form foundation beams on pile foundations. The formwork is available in different sizes. Hordijk also has a solution for foundations on “solid” ground: the Vorstrandbox and HD-Box.

EPS infill elements

Especially for combined floors, we produce infill panels in different sizes and with different insulation values (Rc). For the renovation of wooden floors there is the Reno infill. This is used together with a steel beam. This makes it light and quick to install.
